Policy and Guidelines
By signing up for any Agua Flow Mobile services, you agree to the policies and guidelines provided on this page.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for our services.

1. Behavior Policy
Participants must follow all program, facility, and instructor guidelines at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of lessons without a refund.
Agua Flow Mobile reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these policies.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children before and after each lesson.
2. Photo & Video Consent
By participating in Agua Flow Mobile, clients grant permission for photos and videos to be used for social media purposes only.
If you do not wish to participate, you must notify Agua Flow Mobile before your first lesson.
3. Cancellations
Standard Cancellation: Must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.
Emergency Cancellation: Must notify the instructor at least 3 hours before the lesson starts.
4. Weather Cancellations
Lessons will be automatically canceled in the event of thunderstorms, heavy rain, extreme heat, or cold before the scheduled start time. Instructors will contact participants to reschedule.
If severe weather begins during the lesson (such as thunder, lightning, or heavy rain), the instructor and participant will wait up to 15 minutes. If conditions do not improve, the lesson will be canceled and rescheduled.
If 15 minutes or more of the lesson is missed due to weather, the remaining time will be rescheduled.
5. Lesson Payments
Full payment (including the registration fee) is due 3 days after the first scheduled lesson.
A $10 late fee will apply if payment is not received on time.
Early payments are welcome!
6. Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
7. Semi-Private & Group Policies
For semi-private and group lessons, participants must arrange their own partners.
All group participants must be of similar age and swim experience for the lesson to run smoothly.
8. Refund Policy
A full refund is available after the first lesson if you are not satisfied. A written request must be sent via email explaining the reason for cancellation.
You will only be charged for the lessons completed.
If a participant is unable to continue, refunds will follow the above policy.
9. Lesson Package Policy
Lessons and packages are non-transferable and must be used by the registered participant.
Packages cannot be split between individuals.
10. Registration Fee
A one-time $10 registration fee is added to your total once you’re matched with an instructor and lessons are scheduled. This fee is not paid upfront.
11. Punctuality & Late Arrival Policy
Lessons will begin at the scheduled time. Missed time due to lateness will not be made up or refunded.
If the participant arrives late without prior notice, the instructor will wait up to 15 minutes before canceling or rescheduling the lesson.
If no valid reason is provided, the session will be marked as completed and deducted from your package.
If you arrive late, the waiting time is 10-15 minutes. Missed time will be deducted from the session. It will not be refunded or rescheduled unless additional payment is made.
To request a reschedule, please contact us in advance.
If the instructor arrives late:
The missed time may be added to the current lesson (if time allows) or to a future session at no extra cost.
12. Equipment
Agua Flow Mobile provides the necessary swim equipment. Participants must bring:
Swimwear
Towel
Goggles (if desire)
13. Parents & Young Children
For children ages 6 months to 2 years, a parent or guardian must be in the water with the child and instructor to support early water safety and swim skills.
14. Lost Items
Agua Flow Mobile is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal items.
15. Surf & Open Water Requirements Policy
Participants must be 4 years or older and able to swim independently (without flotation devices) to enroll in surf or open water lessons.

We serve Southeastern North Carolina, specializing in the following counties:
New Hanover County
Pender County
Brunswick County
